PURLINE fosters a creative working atmosphere. Creative ideas need space to flourish. The family-run company Windmöller has adopted a holistic approach: at its headquarters in Augustdorf, East Westphalia, the manufacturer of wineo-branded floor coverings had an old factory hall converted into a modern workspace to enable its team to work creatively.

Alongside spacious exhibition areas, event rooms and collaborative meeting spaces, the more than 2,000 square metres also feature ten stylish offices with a loft-style feel. Floor-to-ceiling factory windows flood the workspaces with natural light and offer soothing views of the surrounding greenery. At the same time, generous interior glazing offers fascinating glimpses: behind every glass wall lies a distinct stylistic world with perfectly coordinated colours, shapes and materials. The focus is on PURLINE, which has been used to fit (almost) all the offices across a total area of around 400 square metres. Here, it becomes clear what effect different designs and laying patterns can have within a space.

In Offices 2 and 3, for example, there is a striking contrast: a snow-white floor from the wineo 1500 collection in Pure White creates a stylish and refreshing atmosphere in Office 2. Right next door, a black herringbone pattern from the wineo 1500 wood XS collection creates a cosy yet modern working environment.

In the Quiet Room, a photo wallpaper featuring a forest motif brings a touch of nature into everyday office life. The ambience is enhanced by the elegant wide-plank flooring from the wineo 1200 wood XL collection, which, with its authentic grain, is almost indistinguishable from real wood. Anyone wishing to take a deep breath here can do so with a clear conscience: PURLINE is made from the specially developed high-performance composite material ecuran, which contains no added chlorine, plasticisers or solvents. It is based predominantly on renewable raw materials and natural fillers. The material releases no harmful substances and is completely odourless.

Its outstanding environmental performance is confirmed by various eco-labels such as the Blue Angel, TÜV ProfiCert and Greenguard certification. PURLINE also holds the Cradle to Cradle Silver certificate, which recognises it as particularly sustainable.

Furthermore, the flooring proves to be very easy to maintain, hard-wearing and durable, making it the ideal surface for office spaces. It withstands high heels just as well as rolling office chairs and also ensures pleasant room acoustics.
